Harps Food Stores - - Responsibilities: Oversee grocery department operations including department readiness, supervision, marketing plan execution, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools; Assist with front-end operations by following the daily schedule, monitoring the flow of customers, opening registers as applicable, managing breaks and lunches, supplies and closing procedures; Coach, mentor, and develop staff; resolve conflicts and provide direction and priorities for tasks; Monitor and enforce safety, quality, and training requirements across the store; Build relationships with customers and team members to deliver exceptional service and support Harps' mission
