The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing process improvements and technologies within the company. This role plays a key function in ensuring efficient and cost-effective production processes that meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities Qualify to Level III (can explain functionality) on core Food Production Technologies in AFNA (Refrigeration, Cooking, Forming, Packaging, Utilities) within the first 6 months. Qualify to Level V (can teach others on proper operation) on Plant Specific Technologies of Focus (to be determined) within the first 12 months. Qualify to Level III on Plant Specific regulatory requirements (Safety, Process Safety, Quality, Environmental) and ensure compliance in areas of responsibility.
