ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH & SAFETY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM Program Description Participants in the Environmental, Health & Safety Leadership Program take part in a structured development experience located at a manufacturing facility. The nominal program duration is 24 months. During this time, participants receive experiential and formal training including: EHS Management Systems understanding and implementation.
