You mount hardware, run data cables, and help connect our customers with reliable, high-speed service. You also install battery backups and grounding systems to boost equipment performance and keep things running smoothly.You follow safety protocols and training guidelines closely because creating a safe work environment is just as important as keeping people online. In this telecommunications role, you use your technical skills well and play a big part in the success of our customer-first mission.This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with rotating shifts, weekend work, and after-hours on-call duties as needed.To join our telecommunications team, you need:Valid driver's licenseEligibility for inclusion on the company's auto insurance policyCompletion of required tower training within 90 days of hireMaintenance and provision of training certifications per industry standardsCapability to climb towers up to 1,000 ft.Participation in on-call rotation and availability for after-hours and weekend work as neededAbility to travel within the network as required by the departmentA LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT USWith offices located in Illinois and Missouri, we are a leading local wireless high-speed internet provider in the Midwest.
