Role Summary

The General Manager leads the store location, ensuring safe, professional, and profitable operations. Responsible for meeting company objectives and policies.

• This is an in-person position at the specified location.
• Must be over 21 years old.

Principal Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain customers
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws
• Implement sales and marketing strategies
• Review financial statements and reports
• Manage inventory and store assets
• Ensure quality, customer service, and safety standards
• Meet sales and revenue targets
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

Requirements

• Equivalent to an Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or management
• At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience

Physical Requirements

• Lifting, loading, and moving merchandise (50-300 pounds)
• Physical activities like stooping, bending, reaching
• Ability to work in various climates and weather conditions
