Job Details

Manages quality of services through auditing, monitoring and reporting on quality measures, and manages the preparation of program and funder reports. Oversees program services and ensures compliance with organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards. Provides input and feedback into creating and revising policies and procedures, and oversees implementation. Oversees the referral and intake process for new individuals and establishes productive working relationships with individuals, families and funders. Ensures Individual Support Plans (IS - Ps) are developed and implemented for each individual served, reviews IS - Ps to ensure plans are appropriate and updated regularly, and attends ISP meetings as needed. Develops annual budget and manages budget-related activities. Creates and reviews financial reports, monitors revenue and expenses, and makes adjustments as needed to ensure that program operations are within budget.
