Insight Global is looking for a AWS Cloud Engineer to join the IT organization at a cancer research client. This candidate will be the sole AWS Cloud Engineer overseeing all of the AWS native services. This candidate will be responsible for role and policy management within AWS. They will run account creation and set up production environments for clinical systems within AWS. The clients environment is all infrastructure as code. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS applications and technologies including EC2, Lambda, S3, Sagemaker. This is a remote contract through the end of the year with potential to extend.

Compensation: Range $60-70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of AWS Cloud engineering experience

 - Strong python and typescript coding experience

 Demonstrated experience supporting and configuring accounts in AWS native services - Experience working in a regulated environment

 - AWS cloud practitioner cert null
