Position Summary

What you'll do

  • Lead the execution of hourly and salaried Workforce Management programs by identifying needs, developing plans, overcoming barriers, and measuring performance.
  • Drive the Workforce Management strategy to enhance associate experiences, retention, and business performance by ensuring the execution of "Schedule Right" across stores.
  • Manage talent acquisition strategies, develop recruiting plans, source diverse candidates, and oversee the hiring process.
  • Develop talent pipelines, assess workforce data, and implement programs for career development and succession planning.
  • Oversee talent review activities to identify gaps and plan for future staffing needs.
  • Evaluate and improve current workforce and talent plans, collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple business projects, removing obstacles, providing resources, and measuring progress.
  • Supervise and develop associates, fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
  • Promote company policies, ethics, and integrity, ensuring compliance and supporting a culture of belonging.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve workforce strategies, supporting community outreach and engagement.

Salary Range

$90,000 - $180,000 annually, plus performance bonuses and possible stock options.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with 2+ years' experience as a HR Generalist or similar role supporting multiple units, or 3+ years' Walmart management experience with supervisory responsibilities. Valid driver's license required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading cross-functional teams, Master's Degree in HR or related field, workforce planning expertise, and leadership in HR or related areas.
