Summary of Position u2022 Responsible for assisting with the complete operations of assigned store, in conjunction with assigned tasks and duties. u2022 Assist in the merchandising of the store. u2022 Fully cross-trained to assist with cash register operations, customer service and stock replenishment. Principal Duties and Responsibilities u2022 Handle all sales transactions while operating assigned cash register. u2022 Maintains security of all cash. u2022 Protects all company assets. u2022 Maintains a high level of good customer service. u2022 Maintains a pleasant, friendly, cooperative attitude with customers, co-workers and supervisors. u2022 Receives merchandise. u2022 Assist with unloading trucks. u2022 Works in a safe manner. u2022 Adheres to and upholds policies and procedures. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications u2022 General math skills to allow for cash accounting. u2022 Strong verbal communication skills to allow for proper interaction with customers. u2022 High level of integrity and honesty; will be responsible for handling cash. _This job specification should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
