Joplin is a non-union facility with 480 employees leading the safe, high-quality production of frozen dough products for the North America Food and Meals & Baking operating units. The plant has 8 production systems (silos, flour system delivery, liquid delivery system, mixers, sheeting systems, blasting freezers and packaging) and 6 palletizers. The Sr. Project Engineer will develop and execute manufacturing plant capital projects including scope, schedule, budget, procurement, installation and performance.
