What will you be doing in the restaurant?

• Inspire and support your team to deliver excellent service and meet customer needs.
• Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate capacity and a positive experience.
• Maintain a positive family culture through coaching, disciplinary measures, and hiring the right fit.
• Oversee inventory and ordering to ensure product availability.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety by following maintenance and food safety guidelines.
• Support your team in handling various situations and resolving customer and employee issues.
• Execute marketing plans to encourage repeat visits.
• Review financial statements and work with the District Manager to meet goals.
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.

What does it take to join?

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or related field.

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
