Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $17-$18/hour, based on experience

Description:
Stand-By Personnel is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our client's team. This is a direct hire position offering long-term stability and career growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Outside Sales Specialist to generate accurate customer quotes within 24-48 hours
• Utilize provided information to prepare comprehensive, itemized quotes
• Research products and services as needed to determine accurate production costs
• Ensure all quote details are entered accurately and delivered in a timely manner
• Follow up with customers within 72 hours of quote delivery
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Process and convert approved quotes into sales orders within 24 hours
• Track the progress of active sales orders and communicate updates as necessary

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated customer service excellence
• Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and quoting/order processing software
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
