We are recruiting for a Manager, Training and Talent Development. This role is crucial in enhancing organizational performance through talent management, including skills assessment, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and leadership development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and develop training programs: Design and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals to improve employee skills and performance.
  • Ensure succession planning: Develop strategies for leadership continuity and high-potential employee development.
  • Manage performance processes: Oversee company-wide performance management and conduct employee performance assessments.
  • Manage budget: Oversee training and development budgets for optimal resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with leaders: Work with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.
  • Enhance employee engagement: Lead initiatives, including surveys, to foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Stay updated: Keep abreast of industry trends to innovate training strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience delivering training to adult learners
  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing employees
  • BA or BS degree required
  • Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and solution development skills
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to audiences
  • Strong business acumen with cultural awareness
  • Organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with e-Learning content and virtual training is a plus
  • Knowledge of performance management, adult learning theory, instructional design, and program management
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Pay Range: $112,700 - $150,200 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, holidays, health coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K.

The physical demands include occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
