Assistant Store Manager Reports to:

Store Manager

Employment Type:

Full-time

Salary Range:

$40,000 - $44,000 annually with quarterly bonus

Experience and Education:

• Some management experience in retail or food service preferred
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus
• 2+ years management experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations
2. Lead, supervise, and train staff in product preparation, packaging, and cleaning duties
3. Manage costs and inventory
4. Make sound judgments under pressure
5. Assign tasks effectively to staff

Operational and Technical Skills:

• Time management and task prioritization
• Understanding of food preparation, service standards, and restaurant management software
• Inventory management and food cost control
• Basic financial management skills
• Proficiency with cash handling and POS systems
