POSITION OVERVIEW: We're looking for a skilled Electrician Mechanic who combines strong electrical expertise with mechanical and hydraulic systems knowledge. Ideal candidates will have practical experience in reading blueprints, working with PID control loops, DC power supplies, motors, and PLC based machine controls. Excellent troubleshooting skills and good communication are essential. We prefer those with 2-4 years of experience, ideally in a fast-paced production or bottling setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations, including GMPs and HAACP.
• Become certified in operating all production machinery in your designated area.
• Maintain product quality based on operational specifications.
• Adhere to and promote safety and manufacturing best practices.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to maintain equipment performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and adjustments to equipment.
• Work with various voltages and power distribution systems.
• Test and evaluate machinery to confirm functionality.
• Suggest improvements for efficiency in maintenance and operations.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex machinery and components.
• Create and modify electrical schematics and configure PLCs as needed.
• Procure necessary materials and maintain written records of work.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests on production lines.
• Plan and oversee special projects, including cost estimation and installation.
• Maintain a positive image of the company.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Associate's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing; 2-4 years in a maintenance role focusing on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Must bring your own tools.

SKILLS & ABILITIES: Proficient in English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to read technical documents. Familiarity with MS Office and a mechanical aptitude are vital. Bilingual candidates are a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This role demands regular physical activity, including lifting heavy objects up to 100 pounds and working in various positions. Strong vision and attention to detail are necessary.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Expect a dynamic work setting with exposure to machinery, various environmental conditions, and safety hazards. Personal protective equipment must be worn at all times.
