The Patient Access Lead serves as a resource to the Supervisor/ Manager by providing expert guidance to caregivers, monitoring assigned area, training and mentoring team members and identifying and implementing workflow improvements. The Patient Access Lead has the knowledge and skills to perform all duties required by their assigned area. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: Participate in Preceptor training/experience post-hire.
