Last year was a great year for us. But this year, we're already doubling our business! In fact, we are already busier than we've ever been before. Currently, we're fielding thousands of inbound calls every day from credit pre-approved customers that want to see you in their homes today. So our business is booming. And we're looking for a few new sales representatives from your area who would like to join our team and make great money with us during this record-setting summer!

About Us: We've been in business since 1982 and we are one of the largest above-ground pool retailers in the United States. In fact, we spend millions of dollars on TV and internet advertising and provide our sales representatives with the warmest pre-approved appointments in the entire industry. And to take it one step further, our customers are already pre-approved for a loan and ready to buy what you'll be selling!!! It really doesn't get any easier!

Expectations and Requirements

1. Sales experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.
2. Must have your own reliable transportation. (REQUIRED)
3. Must have a valid Driver's License, Social Security Card, and Proof of Auto Insurance. (REQUIRED)
4. Must have a smartphone. (REQUIRED)
5. Must be willing and able to work full-time, at least 6 days a week, including weekends. We can make some exceptions for availability. (REQUIRED)
6. Must be willing to cover a 2-hour radius. (REQUIRED)
7. Must be willing and able to start immediately. (REQUIRED)
8. Must be willing to have a lot of fun! (REQUIRED)

Sales Representatives Pay

• Sales Representatives are paid $25 base pay + commission for every appointment ran regardless of the outcome of the appointment.
• We will provide you with 2-3 credit pre-approved appointments every day. (No door-to-door or cold calling!)
• Average 5-6 sales per week.
• Average $600-$700 per sale.
• AVERAGE $2,500-$3,500 PER WEEK!
• Make an extra $100 Bonus for every finance sale.
• Make an extra $150 Bonus for every cash sale.
• Paid semi-monthly on the 5th and the 20th.
