Job Details

Hours: 6:00am-6:15pm

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour. After successfully completing 90 days of employment, there will be a one-time bonus payment of $1,500 and the base wage will increase to $16.00 per hour.

Job purpose: Production responsibilities range from operating large-scale commercial mixing machines, packaging equipment and ovens.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follows established production schedule.
• Operation of all types of machines in production areas.
• Operates oil/seasoning topping equipment.
• Makes adjustment to equipment to produce product that meets quality standards.
• Prepares dough following standard mixing procedures.
• Performs Quality Control tests as required.
• Maintains all documentation of production process.
• Cleans equipment as required.
• Ensures all plant equipment is clean and safe for production.
• Ensures compliance with all plant standard operating procedures.
• Makes suggestions and participates in process improvement teams.
• Uses required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follows all safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma preferred.
• Three to five years work experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-department teams.
• Comfortable in the use of a computer.
• Ability to work in team environment.
• Ability to work overtime as assigned.

Working Conditions:
Position works in production environment with variations of heat and cold climates.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and twist up to 50 pounds several times throughout the shift.
